• Diagnostics & Performance: Crash Data and Performance metrics to help us fix technical bugs and improve system speed.

• Issuing and storing tax invoices in full compliance with ZATCA requirements.
• Real-time, secure syncing of sales and inventory between the POS and cloud admin dashboard.
• Providing a secure environment that prevents fraud and accurately defines user permissions.

3No Tracking & Data Sharing

Data sharing is strictly limited to essential parties required to operate the service:

• Government Authorities: Sharing encrypted invoice data with the ZATCA portal for approval.
• Payment Gateways: Passing payment data encrypted to financial partners (like Telr) to securely complete transactions.
